Okay, I suspect Adobe are having DNS issues, because for 2 days I cannot get a pop-up to appear on either of my PCs or in a VM, with no hosts/firewall rules at all! This would usually be great, except it doesn't help me test things properly.Where I modified the pop-up code several versions back, Adobe had added xxxxxxxxxx.adobestats.io random domAIns which needed blocking. In my case, at the time, it was 3u6k9as4bj.adobestats.io and as I couldn't find anything that this was an alias for, I hard coded it into the pop-up blocker code. This was the case through 3.3.4.I noticed yesterday that Adobe had changed domains and IPs again, and that tld9di3jxu.adobestats.io was the one I needed, and I got a pop-up back using 3.3.4. So, rather than just hard code the address again, knowing it would only last until the next change, I coded 3.3.5 to grab the very last entry fromLink(s):https://a.dove.isdumb.one/pihole.txtwhich when I tested resolved to the same address as tld9di3jxu.adobestats.io. I also noticed yesterday that a.dove.isdumb.one/pihole.txt had 20 domains added.When I saw the comment above from @wallas01 I noticed the IPs in his list were different to mine, and checking back today, a.dove.isdumb.one/pihole.txt has an extra 4/5 entries added today, which resolve to different IPs than the ones yesterday.I also tested with Wireshark, and noticed Illustrator requested a different domain to Photoshop.I have modified the code again, this time to download the latest a.dove.isdumb.one/pihole.txt, parse every line with adobestats.io and resolve each domain to its IPs and compile them all into 1 firewall rule. I'm sure some of these will be out of date and therefore unnecessary, but it means we are blocking every adobestats.io address resolved by your pc.After testing behind a VPN using different locations, I can now see that everyone's lists will be different. @wallas01 tested this for me, and it has removed his pop-up. Please be patient when clicking pop-up blocker. Searching for IP Addresses will take a bit longer.Let's see if this one works for you!Note: I really need feedback from anyone with pop-ups to download this latest version, remove any host file rules, use pop-up blocker and let me know if it works for you. Also, anyone in UK who had pop-ups and have blocked them, try temporarily disabling rules/cleaning hosts file and see if you get pop-up back now.
